OMG! seriously i cannot move today. it's not because of the muscle pain. muscle pain i still can tolerate. but it is that i got no strength to move at all. all my energy is used up during yesterday's dance practice. reached dance troupe at 1p.m. and most of Janice's dancer's was dead. especially the bruises on our shoulder. just a light tap will make me scream! during Janice's dance, we were all marking through most of our steps. did full up for some of the dance. but my energy was soon used up. totally used up. whenever there's a chance, i'll just drop onto the floor. grounding my whole body to the floor. after Janice's dance still have YanDan laoshi and ShiJi's laoshi's dance practice. I'm so tired and i become so emo during the practice. after practice, went to Sun Plaza with Elaine to wait for Entong to meet us. recharged my energy and chatted with Elaine while waiting for EnTong. trained to Clementi to meet Guoping, Xueqi and wei wei jie jie for dinner. was laughing and joking in the train. had a sumptuous dinner treated by GuoPing, celebrating belated birthday for XueQi. after that home sweet home.

this is the first time i feel so strengthless during and after dance. i think i seriously used up all the energy in my body yesterday. hope i did managed to slim down a little after these few day's training...
